มีหน้าที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานเกี่ยวกับการผลิตชิ้นงานใหม่ ประเมินกระบวนการผลิต ความสามารถในการวางแผน และออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า และทันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ รวมถึงตรวจสอบคุณภาพและกำหนดกระบวนการก่อนเริ่มผลิตจริง ให้กระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
The responsibilities include overseeing the production of new parts, evaluating the production process, assessing planning capabilities, and designing products to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Additionally, it involves quality control and defining the process before actual production begins to ensure the highest production efficiency

Design Mold รับ 3D Part มาจากลูกค้า ทำ Concept ใน Concept จะประกอบด้วย Gate runner ทางเข้าของพลาสติก Daft การปลดชิ้นงานออกจากแม่พิมพ์ Cooling ระบายความร้อน ขนาด Size แม่พิมพ์กี่ตัน
Design Mold receives 3D parts from customers and creates the concept. The concept includes the gate runner (plastic entry), draft (for easy part removal from the mold), cooling (heat dissipation), and the mold size (tons).

ตอนเป็นนักศึกษา ผมมีโอกาสได้เข้าฝึกงานในแผนก Mold shop ตำแหน่ง Design Mold เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการทำแม่พิมพ์ก่อนที่จะส่งไปขึ้นรูป Machine การเริ่มต้นที่ดี งานก็จะออกมาดีและไม่มีล่าช้า พอเรียนจบผมกำลังมองหางานซึ่ง บริษัทไทยมิตซูวา เปิดรับพนักงานตำแหน่งนี้พอดี
As a student, I had the opportunity to intern in the Mold Shop department as a Design Mold position. It is the starting point of mold creation before sending it for machine shaping. A good start leads to good results and no delays. After graduating, I was looking for a job, and Mitsubishi Thailand happened to be hiring for this position.

เป้าหมายของผมตอนนี้คือสามารถออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ได้เร็วและถูกต้องที่สุดก็คือตอนนี้ยังมีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ไม่มากนัก ผมจึงหาประสบการณ์และความรู้เพิ่มเติม เพื่อทำงานได้เร็วและถูกต้อง ผมจะทำให้ดีที่สุดและเติมพลังอย่างเต็มที่กับบริษัทไทยมิตซูวา
My goal right now is to be able to design molds quickly and accurately. However, I still don’t have much experience or knowledge, so I am seeking more experience and knowledge to work faster and more accurately. I will do my best and give my full energy to Mitsubishi Thailand.

ปัจจุบันได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแลรับผิดชอบผลิตภัณฑ์ฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติกทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ การผลิต การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร การบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์และควบคุมปริมาณของเสียในกระบวนการ เพื่อให้สภาวะการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพ ตามนโยบายและเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
Currently, I am assigned to be responsible for plastic injection molded products, including quality, production, machine maintenance, mold maintenance, and controlling waste in the process, to ensure efficient production conditions in accordance with the established policies and goals.

ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา บริษัทได้มอบโอกาสให้ดูแลรับผิดชอบหลากหลายได้ทำให้สามารถเรียนรู้งานที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละส่วน ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกัน ทั้งในด้านกระบวนการก่อนหน้า และ กระบวนการถัดไปของแต่ละหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกันจึงทำให้ได้รับมุมมองความคิดประสบการณ์ และความร้ไหม่ๆ จากเพื่อนร่วมงาน รวมถึง Business Partner เพิ่มเติมอยู่เสมอ
Throughout this period, the company has provided opportunities to take on various responsibilities, allowing me to learn about the tasks in each area, which are interconnected. This includes both the preceding and subsequent processes of each related department. As a result, I have gained new perspectives, experiences, and knowledge from colleagues as well as business partners.

ปัจจุบันงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เป็นงานตรวจสอบชิ้นงานด้วยสายตา Visual Inspection All Items ตรวจสอบค่า รายงานผล U-WAUE ตรวจสอบ / ยืนยัน ผลการ Inspection และแจ้งปรับงาน Mass – Pro Inspection Setting คัดแยกงาน ควบคุมดูแลเครื่องมือวัดที่ชำรุด / มีปัญหา
The Currently tasks assigned include inspecting parts visually (Visual Inspection All Items), checking values, reporting U-WAUE results, verifying inspection results, and notifying adjustments for Mass-Pro Inspection Setting. Additionally, I am responsible for sorting work and managing tools that are damaged or malfunctioning

จากการทำงานที่ผ่านมา งาน QC เป็นงานที่มีการพัฒนาทักษะของเราไปในตัว ฉันมั่นใจว่าสามารถทำงานนี้ได้ เมื่อเห็นทางบริษัทเปิดรับสมัครงานในตำแหน่งนี้เลยสนใจเข้ามาสมัครและบริษัทได้ให้โอกาสรับเข้ามาร่วมทำงาน ฉันได้นำทักษะลัความรู้ที่มีมาปรับใช้และพร้อมเรียนรู้พัฒนาตนเองให้เกิดประโยชน์กับทางบริษัทมากที่สุดค่ะ
From my previous work experience, the QC job has helped develop my skills. I am confident that I can perform well in this role. When I saw that the company was hiring for this position, I was interested in applying, and the company gave me the opportunity to join. I have applied my existing skills and knowledge while being ready to learn and develop myself to bring the greatest benefit to the company.

ทำงานฝ่ายธุรการและฝ่ายบุคคลงานหลักๆเป็นงานเอกสารเกี่ยวกับสัญญาจ้างของพนักงานชาวต่างชาติ คอยช่วยเหลือพนักงานชาวต่างชาติที่ทำงานอยู่ที่บริษัทมิตซูวาที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นและงานทั่วไป เช่น รับลูกค้ารับโทรศัพท์ งานจัดส่งของไปต่างประเทศรวมถึงรับผิดชอบเรื่องจัดหาพนักงานเด็กจบใหม่เข้าทำงานด้วย
I work in the administration and human resources department, with primary responsibilities related to document management for foreign employees’ employment contracts. I assist foreign employees working at Mitsubishi in Japan and handle general tasks such as receiving customers, answering phones, coordinating international shipments, and overseeing the recruitment of new graduates for employment.

It’s a manufacturing company with a production base in Thailand. The company is large and stable in Thailand, and it trusts its employees while providing opportunities for them to continuously develop their potential

เป้าหมายคืออยากมีหน้าที่การงานที่มั่นคงทำงานที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นนานๆจนได้วีซ่าถาวรตัวเองยังมีประสบการณ์งานธุรการค่อนข้างน้อยจึงอยากหาประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติม เพื่อทำประโยชน์ให้กับทางบริษัทมีความรู้ความสามารถจนสามารถสอนงานให้แก่รุ่นน้องหลายๆคนและประสบความสำเร็จไปพร้อมๆกัน
My goal is to have a stable career and work in Japan for a long time until I obtain a permanent visa. I currently have limited experience in administrative work, so I want to gain more experience to contribute to the company. I aim to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually teach and mentor younger colleagues, achieving success together.

Setting เครื่องจักร CNC ที่ทำการตัดชิ้นงาน ใช้ Coordinate Measuring Machine ทำการตรวจวัดขนาดรูที่ตัด เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานแล้วนำความรู้โปรแกรมภาษา CNC มาใช้เพื่อปรับแต่งโปรแกรมให้เครื่องจักรตัดงานให้ตรงตามแบบแปรนและมีความคลาดเคลื่อนน้อย
Setting up the CNC machine to cut parts, using the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure the dimensions of the drilled holes for quality inspection. Then, applying knowledge of CNC programming to adjust the program, ensuring that the machine cuts the parts according to the design specifications with minimal deviation.

บริษัทนี้ได้ขยายกิจการที่ไทยและประกอบกิจการมาอย่างยาวนาน อีกทั้งยังมีการเทรนงานนักศึกษาที่จบใหม่อย่างเข้มข้น ทำให้สนุกกับการได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่และนำไปใช้ประโยชน์กับการทำงาน
This company has expanded its business in Thailand and has been operating for a long time. It also provides intensive training for recent graduates, which makes it enjoyable to learn new things and apply them to work.

เป้าหมายของผมคือการเก็บเกี่ยวความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรและการเขียนโปรแกรมเพื่อนำไปคิดค้นใช้ให้การตัดชิ้นงานให้มีคุณภาพความเสถียรมากขึ้นนอกเหนือจากเรื่องงานแล้ว ก็ได้ตั้งเป้าสอบคุณสมบัติเพื่อพัฒนาตัวเองและเรียนรู้ในทุก ๆ วัน
My goal is to acquire knowledge about machinery and programming to apply in improving the quality and stability of the cutting process. In addition to work-related goals, I also aim to obtain certifications to develop myself and learn every day.
