Heat & Cool injection molding machines(Steam & Water Type)

Hot & Cool Molding Technology

We have introduced advanced Hot & Cool molding machines that use steam for efficient injection molding. This technology significantly improves heating and cooling cycles, making them several times faster than traditional methods.

Using steam provides key benefits:

  • High-Speed Cycles: Steam’s excellent heat transfer efficiency greatly shortens heat cycles.
  • Uniform Temperature: Steam evenly distributes heat across the mold, enhancing product quality.
  • Improved Product Quality: Rapid cooling improves product gloss and dimensional accuracy.
  • Energy Efficiency and Environmental Care: Utilizing steam’s latent heat increases energy efficiency, reducing operating costs and environmental impact.
Our innovative approach ensures efficient, precise, and environmentally friendly production, delivering high-quality products at competitive costs.

Metalizing Plastic Parts Line

Vacuum evaporation for Metalizing Plastic Parts is commonly used methods for deposition of functional films on to plastic parts and any other various substrates. In high vacuum, vapor particles travel directly to the target object and form a functional coating
Thai Mitsuwa can provide the two coating methods based on client requirement and specification. The vacuum chamber is used to allow vapor particles to deposit onto the plastic, where vapor particles condense back to a solid state, forming a functional film.

Module Assembling Line

“At our company, we are doing production for wide range of automotive cockpit module components through global Tier 1 company. Achieving precise dimensional accuracy and effective production management in combination with other components is crucial in our production process. However, we have a highly experienced team of engineers who provide accurate support to meet these requirements.
